Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and Get Ranked On Top when you buy a website build, a feature add-on, or an SEO subscription through this site.
Last updated 17 October 2026
1. These terms
These terms govern your use of this website and everything you buy through it. By placing an order you confirm you accept them. If you do not, please do not order.
If you are buying as a business, these terms are the whole agreement between us and sections 14 and 15 limit our liability. If you are buying as a consumer, nothing here removes rights the law gives you that cannot be removed — see section 18.
2. Definitions
- Build — a website we design and develop for you, bought once.
- Feature — an add-on capability (booking, payments, multilingual, and so on) attached to a Build, bought once.
- Subscription — an ongoing SEO or marketing service billed monthly or annually.
- Bundle — several Subscription services combined at a single recurring price.
- Deliverables — the website, code, content and other material we produce for you.
3. Who you are contracting with
Evolves EOOD, trading as Get Ranked On Top, company number 206114078, registered office 14 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd, floor 6, Sredets, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria. VAT / tax registration: BG206114078. Contact: support@getrankedontop.com, +359 89 446 5648 (Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 Sofia time (EET/EEST)), or the contact page.
4. Accounts
You do not need an account to order, but if you create one you must give accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think it has been compromised. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being misused.
5. Orders and how a contract is formed
Listings on this site are an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm your payment has succeeded.
We may decline an order — for example where an item is mispriced, where we cannot deliver the service for your sector or territory, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline after taking payment, we refund it in full.
Two limits are enforced at checkout:
- A maximum of 20 units of any single line item.
- One Subscription per service. Choosing a different tier or billing cycle for a service already in your bag replaces it rather than adding a second.
Where we sell. We currently accept orders from buyers in: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Lithuania, Sweden, Norway, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore. Orders from other countries cannot be placed through this site.
6. Prices and currency
All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and the checkout shows the subtotal, the VAT and the total before you pay. The total shown at checkout is the amount you are charged. Nothing is added afterwards.
Your bag is stored in your own browser, and the prices in it are for display only. Every line is recalculated on our server from the current catalogue when you check out. If a price has changed since you added the item, we tell you the new total and ask you to confirm it before any payment is taken — you are never charged an amount you have not seen.
We are registered for VAT in Bulgaria under number BG206114078. VAT is charged according to where you are and whether you buy as a business:
- Customers in Bulgaria, consumers and businesses: Bulgarian VAT at 20%.
- Businesses elsewhere in the EU with a VAT number that we verify in the European Commission’s VIES system: 0% VAT under the reverse charge (Article 196, Council Directive 2006/112/EC). You account for the VAT in your own country, and your VAT number is shown on the invoice.
- Consumers elsewhere in the EU, and EU businesses whose VAT number cannot be verified at the time of the order: Bulgarian VAT at 20%. If VIES is unavailable when you order, VAT is charged; contact us once your number can be verified and we will issue a credit for it.
- Customers outside the EU: no EU VAT is charged. You may owe import or local taxes in your own country, which are yours to pay.
Subscription renewals carry VAT on the same basis as the first payment. Every invoice shows the amount excluding VAT, the VAT rate and amount, and the total charged.
7. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout. Builds and Features are one-time payments. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period ahead.
Payments are processed by ZEN.COM UAB on a page hosted by them. Card details never reach our servers and we never store them. Your payment is also subject to ZEN's own terms.
Card statements show this charge as [statement descriptor]. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before your bank — see section 18.
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend the affected service until it is settled.
8. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same amount and cycle until you cancel. Renewals are at the same amount unless we give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change.
- Annual plans are charged 10 months for 12 — two months free — taken as a single payment in advance for the year.
- Changing tier. Move up or down at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle, not mid-cycle.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and there is no notice period. Cancellation stops future renewals; the period you have already paid for runs to its end. Refunds on cancellation — including the 48-hour rule for new subscriptions and pro-rata refunds on annual plans — are covered by our Refunds Policy.
- How to cancel. Email support@getrankedontop.com with your order reference (it begins
GROT-). We confirm the cancellation by email within 1 working day. - What you keep. Everything published or delivered up to the end of your paid period is yours — content, on-page changes, and code already merged.
- Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it applies to you. If you do not accept it, cancel before the change takes effect.
9. Delivery and timelines
Timelines shown against a Build or Feature are working-day estimates from the point we have everything we need from you, not guarantees. Where a rush option is bought, the stated compressed timeline applies on the same basis. Your service agreement also sets a long-stop: a Build is delivered for review within 30 working days of kickoff, or the estimate shown plus 10 working days if that is later, subject to the paragraph below.
How services are delivered. Everything we supply is delivered digitally — by email, through access to a code repository or hosting account, and on your order's tracking page. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.
The clock starts when you have given us the content, brand assets, domain access, accounts and approvals the work requires. Delay in providing them moves the delivery date by at least the length of the delay.
We may show completed work in our portfolio and case studies. Tell us in writing if you would rather we did not, and we will not.
10. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, and the rights to use any content, logos, images or data you supply.
- Respond to approval requests within a reasonable time. We may pause work if a project is stalled awaiting you for more than 30 days.
- Keep your own backups of anything you supply, and maintain access to domains and accounts in your name.
- You warrant that content you supply does not infringe anyone's rights and is not unlawful. You indemnify us against claims arising from it.
11. Ownership and intellectual property
- You own the Deliverables outright once they are paid for in full — the site we build for you, its bespoke code, and the content we produce for you. Ownership transfers on full payment, not before.
- We keep what we brought with us — our frameworks, tooling, component libraries, internal systems and know-how, plus anything we develop generally rather than for you specifically. You get a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use those to the extent they are embedded in your Deliverables.
- Third-party components (open-source libraries, fonts, stock imagery, plugins) stay with their owners and are provided under their own licences, which you agree to observe.
- This website — its design, text and code — remains ours.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site or our services to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation;
- submit automated, bulk or fraudulent orders or enquiries, or evade our rate limits;
- resell or white-label our services as your own without our written agreement.
We also will not carry out SEO work we consider deceptive or likely to get your site penalised — link schemes, cloaking, doorway pages and the like — even if asked.
13. Search performance — what we do not promise
This section matters more than any other, so it is plain: search rankings are set by third-party search engines whose algorithms we do not control and cannot see.
- We do not guarantee any ranking, position, traffic volume, lead count, conversion rate or revenue outcome.
- Figures shown on this site — including the example projects on our work page and the targets listed against SEO services — are illustrative. They are not results we promise and are not a forecast of your results.
- Results are commonly affected by competitor activity, algorithm updates, your domain history, your market, your budget, and how quickly you act on our recommendations.
What we do commit to is performing the work described in the service you bought, with reasonable skill and care.
14. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. We will correct defects in Deliverables reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge, where the defect is our fault and not caused by changes made by you or a third party.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet a requirement we have not expressly agreed in writing.
15. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and where you are contracting as a business:
- We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order in the 12 months before the claim arose.
- We are not liable for loss caused by third-party platforms — search engines, hosting providers, payment processors or domain registrars — or by changes to their algorithms, terms or availability.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end a service if you materially breach these terms and, where the breach can be fixed, do not fix it within 14 days of us asking in writing; if payment is overdue; or if we are required to by law.
You may stop using the service at any time and cancel a Subscription as set out in section 8. Sections 11, 13, 14, 15 and 20 survive the end of this agreement.
17. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at hosting or payment providers, failures of public telecommunications networks, industrial action, natural disaster, epidemic, war or government action. We will tell you and work to limit the effect.
18. Complaints and consumer rights
Please raise any complaint with support@getrankedontop.com or by phone on +359 89 446 5648, quoting your order reference, so we can try to resolve it. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
If it is not resolved within 14 days, write to us at 14 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd, floor 6, Sredets, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria, marked Complaints, and it will be reviewed by someone not involved in the original decision.
If we still cannot agree, you may refer the dispute to [alternative dispute resolution body, or 'none']. This does not affect your right to go to court.
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EEA you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because our services begin promptly, you are asked to agree to immediate performance at checkout — and once a service is fully performed within that period, the right to withdraw is lost. Where the service has only partly been performed, you may withdraw and pay for what was delivered. Details are in our Refunds Policy. This paragraph does not affect your statutory rights in respect of services not carried out with reasonable skill and care.
19. Changes
We may change these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it — later changes do not apply retrospectively. For Subscriptions, we give at least 30 days' notice of a change that materially affects you, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
20. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of Bulgaria, and the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country you live in.
21. General
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force.
- Not enforcing a right immediately does not waive it.
- You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign ours on a sale or reorganisation of the business.
- Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Refunds Policy, are the entire agreement between us.
