Section 1Symptoms

The fault: nobody called first

People search fault codes before calling anyone, and manufacturers' PDFs and forums owned every one of those queries.

A Chicago homeowner whose dishwasher flashes E24 does not search for a repair company. They search the code. For three generations Quellen had fixed exactly these faults on the bench, but the moment of need was being answered by a 200-page manufacturer PDF, a 2014 forum thread and a parts retailer.

By the time the DIY attempt failed and the customer looked for help, they picked whichever repair firm the map showed first. Quellen was not part of the conversation at all.

Section 3Repair procedure

Strategy, step by step

Built on our Content Engine plan: turn the shop's bench knowledge into the definitive page for every code, then make each page the obvious next step to a booked visit.

  1. 1

    Troubleshooting guides

Symptom-first hubs ('dishwasher not draining', 'won't start') that branch by brand into specific codes, written from the technicians' bench notes.

  2. 2

    Error-code pages

One page per brand × code. A fixed template: what the code means, the safe DIY check, when to stop, and the part involved, with original photos.

  3. 3

    HowTo schema

HowTo + FAQPage markup on every procedure, with step images and tool lists, so the steps are machine-readable and eligible for rich results.

  4. 4

    AI Overviews

Answer-first opening sentences, consistent entity naming and cited part numbers so generative answers quote and link the page.
