Dune heights: leads, citations and Arabic sessions, months 1–12. Scroll to raise the wind.
International buyers asked AI assistants about payment plans and ownership rules, and the developer's brochure site supplied none of the answers.
Qasr Dune Living sells towers off-plan to buyers in the Gulf, Europe and South Asia, most of whom never visit before reserving. Their first questions go to an AI assistant: how the payment plan is staged, whether a foreigner can hold freehold, what the registration fee is, who holds the escrow. The site was a beautiful brochure with none of that in crawlable text, and its Arabic existed only behind a toggle.
Arabic was a JavaScript toggle on English URLs, so search engines indexed zero Arabic pages and canonicals pointed everything at English.
No en-AE, ar-AE or x-default annotations. Arabic searchers landed on English brochure copy or on a portal instead.
Payment plans, escrow and fee details lived in 14 brochure PDFs that answer engines could not quote with confidence.
We tracked 120 English and Arabic buyer questions; the site gave a direct, citable answer to none of them.
Tower and unit walkthroughs were embedded without VideoObject markup, transcripts or key moments, so they never surfaced as video results.
Ownership and visa statements carried no date, no regulator reference and no review owner, which kept them out of AI Overviews.
The engagement ran on our Content Engine plan (content & ai search): a standing editorial pipeline that turns buyer questions into pages, paired in English and Arabic, each written so an answer engine can lift one paragraph and cite it.

Every page opens with a 40–60 word answer, then the detail: dated, sourced to the land registry and regulator, and reviewed by the in-house sales-compliance team on a 90-day cycle.

What payment plan do off-plan towers in Dubai usually offer?
A common structure is 10% on booking, 50% in construction-linked instalments and 40% on handover, paid into a regulated escrow account. The 4% DLD registration fee is due at signing.
