1The challenge
Kumbali competed with global payment giants for developer attention but had almost no coverage outside local tech blogs.
Developers searching for M-Pesa, Airtel Money or STK-push answers landed on global gateways' docs, Stack Overflow threads and telco portals. Kumbali had better latency data and better SDKs than any of them, but nobody linked to it, so search engines had no reason to believe it. The job was not more pages; it was earning the right to be cited.

2The strategy
Built on our Authority plan (digital pr & links): make assets worth citing, put them where developers and journalists already are, and let links follow usefulness.
